We want to help you with that! Therefore, in this event you will participate in an interactive online training given by Stress Centrum.The  Stress Centrum gives people information, advice and help when it comes to stress and burnouts. By doing this, they actively contribute to the health and quality of life of this society. They will help you by offering much-needed advice on how to handle your own stress which you can use for the rest of your life.
